Suamir Martinez – Founder & Owner
Suamir Martinez is the Founder and Owner of Develeko, a growing construction company delivering commercial, franchise, custom residential, and multi-residential projects across Ontario. Since establishing Develeko in 2019, Suamir has led the successful completion of numerous franchise and commercial builds including JFUSE, Rose Bowl, Gracias Bara, Craig’s Cookies, Kumon, multiple Drip House locations throughout Ontario, physiotherapy clinics, gyms, nail salons, custom homes, and multi-residential developments.
As the principal leader of the company, Suamir oversees all operations including project execution, financial management, trade coordination, scheduling, and client relations. Her hands-on leadership style ensures that every project is delivered with precision, accountability, and adherence to timeline and budget. With industry roots dating back to 2007 in the granite and stone sector, Suamir brings decades of knowledge in material coordination, finishes, and high-quality craftsmanship. Her experience strengthens Develeko’s standards across both commercial and residential construction.
Under her leadership, Develeko operates with structured internal systems, strong communication protocols, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet the highest levels of quality and professionalism.
Nur – Project Manager
Nur serves as Project Manager at Develeko, overseeing multiple residential and commercial construction projects across Ottawa. He manages every phase of the project lifecycle — from client consultations and design coordination to budgeting, scheduling, and final delivery.
Holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Nur brings a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of structural principles, construction methods, and trade coordination. Her expertise ensures safe execution, efficient planning, and high-quality workmanship on every project.
Known for her professionalism, organization, and fast problem-solving abilities, Nur plays a key role in maintaining project efficiency, supplier coordination, and overall site performance.
Maroun Abou Eid – Design Lead
Maroun Abou Eid is a designer with over 17 years of experience in architecture and interior design. Originally from Lebanon and now based in Canada, he has worked on major international projects across the Middle East, including the U.S. Embassy and Qatar Embassy in Lebanon, as well as high-end residences, hotels, and hospitals.
His expertise includes glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), natural stone, façade design, and marble interiors. Since relocating to Canada, he has focused extensively on residential renovation projects, delivering full-scope design solutions for custom homes, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and interior remodels.
Guided by the belief that, as Charles Eames stated, “The details are not the details. They make the design,” Maroun brings creativity, precision, and refined design thinking to Develeko’s projects.
Together, the leadership team at Develeko combines strategic oversight, technical engineering expertise, and high-level design capability — providing clients with a fully integrated approach to construction and project delivery.
